Listen to Audio books instead of reading or carrying a book. Passed 7 books since the beginning of the year
Do the hardest stuff first.
@sentry_co im gonna take this advice because I always postpone them
@ipaparazzo_app Your brain is most adept at solving complexity in the morning, later it can only do basic stuff efficiently. If you always did this 😅 Then you have always sold your self short and you can now become v2.0 of your self. World look out!
@sentry_co that’s so interesting!

Maximize the effectiveness of your most productive times of the day. Know when you're able to focus and use those time windows for your most important work.
Stashpad Docs
Echoing some of what has already been said here - I think that choosing what matters most to focus on is key. There's always an endless list of things to do and when you do one thing, you're choosing not to do another thing with that time.
I like to think about "I'll feel accomplished this week if I...." and then put that thing front and center all week.
@cara_jacqueline So what's your goal this week?
Stashpad Docs
@sentry_co that's a great question! this week is all about getting feedback from for a new product I'm working on. 🔎
This means that my #1 is outreach to people in my extended network to get their feedback.
(I'm prioritizing spending at least 2 hours on outreach and conversations each day this week. Everything else that gets crowded out is okay because I know I'm making progress on what's most important.)
If you want to help me out, I'd love to get your first impressions!

Some key points are:
- 1 click to start live-writing with a collaborator
- no account required
- ultra-snappy local-first architecture with sub-50ms collaboration
- Minimal, feature-lite interface with markdown support and custom themes
Can try at https://stash.new
@cara_jacqueline Yep outreach research is king. I do it too, when in between stages. A pro tip: Book twice as much as you need, as life happens, half will be canceled or postponed etc.
@cara_jacqueline Some feedback on the landing page. Make the compare pages a single one. Show me how the app works right up top. MP4 that auto plays for instance. Tell me the USP more clearly. right now it's a bit of this a bit of that. No clear USP IMO. he collaboration part is interesting, how does it work? there is no info on that? The design is pretty cool! Is there light mode? What stash dot new vs stash pad. When I go to stash dot new, there should be some intro info. IMO. right now I'm like OkAAAY now what? I would make it free. and for teams it can be a monthly. That way you maximise adoption and businesses obviously can easily pay for a team package of 10 employees etc. And again. love the design! But I want to see more stuff, how it works etc.
Stashpad Docs
@sentry_co love this, thanks so much for sharing! Yes this product isn't yet on our landing page anywhere.
Will follow up with you to get feedback on the landing page v1 once it's live. Really appreciate you taking the time!
There's a light theme! (click on the "U" in the top right of a doc on stash.new and select what you like - my favorite right now is Sea)
a Notion account :)
Try to foster social ties of interest. Creating and maintaining meaningful connections is important to take advantage of social support. One effective way to do this is to make friends who share similar interests. Doing what you love not only brings you joy, but also gives you the opportunity to connect with like-minded people. I recently read on a blog https://www.heyday.net/blog/how-does-social-support-reduce-stress-importance-of-communities-by-interests about several effective tips on how to make good and effective connections, but the one I liked the most was on how to utilize online platforms that are tailored to specific interests. Social media groups, forums, and community apps like Heyday are great resources for connecting with people who share your hobbies or pursuits.
My top tip is prioritizing tasks, breaking them down into smaller steps, and tackling them individually. Taking short breaks and staying organized also helps me stay focused and motivated.
Use most top AI tools to maximize productivity! 😅
Huudle AI Project Assistant
Effective meetings, great task and project management
1. Start your day right - exercise and coffee for me ☕
2. Do the most important task first in the day (Don't start with email!)
3. Work on tasks that align with rocks and OKRs
4. And obviously only work on 1 task at a time - context switching hurts
Promomix
Identify and minimize distractions in your work environment. Turn off unnecessary notifications and consider using tools like website blockers when needed.
Promomix
Assign realistic deadlines to tasks to create a sense of urgency and prevent procrastination.
Buffup.AI
Group similar tasks together to take advantage of the "batching" technique. This can reduce the mental effort of switching between different types of activities.
I focus on high-priority tasks first to ensure the most important work gets done.
Caffeine + Nicotine lol
Crank out most miserable stuff first thing in the morning so that you start day off feelin good and accomplished.
Then from that point forward do mini “sprints” of deep work on all the various tasks you gotta do, making sure to get up, walk around, fill ip the water, etc in between things.

My best productivity tips and the best decision was to delete Instagram. It saved me tons of time.
