We've launched Ripple today, yay! πβ¨
That's an app to develop emotional intelligence by tracking your mood, noticing correlations, and getting helpful insights.
But we're also working on the big update, and we need to know your thoughts! What content would you like to see first of all?

Sometimes I prefer βun-contentβ.
After a day in information chaos turn it off and get inside of my head.
Enjoy the Silence.

@jaskiran_kaur Thanks! Good to know π That's something we already have among our products. By the way, have you seen Ripple already? I'd love to hear your feedback -https://www.producthunt.com/post...
Would be nice to have more action-oriented tips to help to solve or control situation. At least small things to try in the crises moment.
I don't know about others but when I talk about mentally, I feel lonely most of the time as I can't find anyone to share my exhaustion with. So, I guess, Peer support and discussions, and chatting with a mental health professional will be a great option to add.
I was taking special capsules from https://vidacap.com/capsules/chaga/ which is a wonderful option if you want to support your general condition. Mushrooms are bringing a positive influence on the body and general condition, and it was really important for me to find the best solution to support the general health.

@ira_gi Spending time outdoors is awesome! But even if you stay indoors, try tracking your mood to define what works best for your mental health. We've launched Ripple today, would be happy to hear your thoughts - https://www.producthunt.com/post...
@ira_gi Spending time outside is underrated!
This year, I found it more beneficial to my mental health than daily meditation classes, and research backs up the benefits of going outside: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/...
(I still follow guided meditations on Apple Podcasts or YouTube, which are lovely.)
