I'm launching an app idea aggregator and I want to add a newsletter to it. What software or tools do you all use?

@influence_labs I want to have polls within the newsletter :)
@busmark_w_nika why are you considering switching?
The South African government’s Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant has been a crucial support mechanism for many during challenging times. If you are a recipient or an applicant, staying updated on the status of your SRD 350 grant is essential. This page provides real-time updates and guides you on how to check your grant status effectively.https://srd350statuscheck.co.za/

We use Customer io and it's really practical.
I built my own solution for newsletters. I checked out most of the popular tools out there, and none of them clicked.
So I just built my own little tool for my web startup (https://www.hassandev.me) and it's been working great for me so far.
Has all the features I need:
- tracking email opens, time spent reading email, links clicked, etc.
- sending personalized mass emails based on user data I have stored in my database.
If I need something else, I just build it in.
