It feels like there’s hundreds of applications using ChatGPT launched daily.. Which ones truly stood out to you or seemed different from the vast majority?

One i started using yesterday and I like so far is writesonic

@mehdi_rifai yea the writing use case is definitely a good one.. so many tools out there to chose from though.. 🤯what made you go for this one?

Working wonders for e-commerce folks.
Liffery
@iamaashishr wow, this seems like a fully packed tool covering almost all creative writing parts for e commerce shops. Pretty amazing if that works! We tried once to rewrite an outreach campaign using AI (just as a test) and ended up having our email blacklisted. It was warmed up and we had been using the inbox for a while without issues.. Is there any similar issues you are aware of when using AI for SEO copy or similar? Curious to hear your thoughts on this.
@janine_nitz Using the tool, around 2K merchants have created 4K prompts and have started to see it work because it is highly personalized with tone of prompt outputs people have achieved. Try to use it and would love to see if it provides better results.
SEO is something I still am not aware of seeing it work. Programmatic SEO is still at its nascent stages of output.

I would like to recommend our app, AMA。In addition, I'm excited to share that we just launched AMA on Product Hunt today! We are thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase our app to the Product Hunt community and receive feedback from early adopters like you.

hey @gaodengming good luck with your launch! will make sure to hop across and check out your product..
@gaodengming will definitely give it a try! Congratulations on your launch
StartupSoft's Teams Digest
to be honest, a lot of these tools currently look pretty basic versions of chatGPT wrapped in an interface limiting it to make it more digestible for the general public :)
I've upvoted a bunch, but none really stand out.
What I love the most currently are seamless integrations: Notion AI, smarter Gmail suggestions, stuff like that. And the direct sources: OpenAI, Midjourney, etc. they are really fun to play with and once you get how they work and how to prompt them right, they become all of these tiny products in one.
I think 99.9% of the products and tools we see now are very basic. The real stuff takes more time and we'll be seeing the true tech renaissance early next year.
Liffery
@kay_larina yea I kind of feel the same, which is why I was interested in hearing everyone else’s opinion. Thanks for sharing yours! Love the research approach of OpenAI.. haven’t heard of midjourney so will go and check it out..
Mealmind
I've built https://mealmind.io/ launching tomorrow which builds entirely bespoke meal plans for users based on their diet, allergies, goals and physical traits.
Check it out if you're into fitness or meal planning and let me know what you think.
I also quite like https://cmdj.app/ for ease of access to asking ChatGPT questions while I work
Liffery
@chris_gregori ha funny.. it’s like you have met me before.. I’m a total foody :) definitely trying out mealmind.. good luck with the launch!
ChatBA, a generative AI for slides, it's right here on PH! The tool is pretty neat and works.

I currently use Luna, a Chrome extension that let's you prompt ChatGPT by typing an "L" in the search bar, followed by a space. Sounds simple, but speeds up my workflow a lot! https://chrome.google.com/websto...

I'm waiting for ChatGPT plugins :)
@golfo_vasiliou1 We're planning on releasing a plugin for our platform once that rolls out. The goal is to try to do it with both text & images. That should be exciting. Here is roboMUA: https://www.producthunt.com/prod...

At the moment I've only been consistently using fireflies.ai! It's a great meeting notes recording tool and it uses AskFred (powered by chatgpt i believe) to summarize meeting notes.
I myself am working on a ChatGPT powered link to chatbot builder - wonderchat.io (p.s. we're open to beta users!)
Will go with this: ChatGPT.AI, help frame a lot of content stuff.

I think the valuable applications are those that are not fully built on the functionality of ChatGPT, but in which ChatGPT adds additional value
Liffery
@anton_bannov yea totally agree. Do you have an example for one in mind?
It's not so much one application but, as a HR professional, I'm loving seeing how ChatGPT is being applied right across the employee lifecycle to create efficiencies and improve the candidate & employee experience. From recruitment, to onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement and compliance - it's really revolutionising the space for us.
Liffery
@jade_mack interesting point! Don’t think anyone has mentioned an HR related topic yet. Do you have a particular use case that stands out where ChatGPT improves the experience for either candidate or employee?

I recently worked on a chrome extension - [Vurtuo](https://virtuo.simplef.net/) that will work on any website.
It basically helps you to simplify your workflow and save time. You can select a specific text from a website and get its definition, make content based on that, or even make tweets to share on your wall.
Also, it supports command base work on the text field of a website. You can easily create content, generate tweets, write mail, rephrase the content, translate content for your customer support, and more without switching the tab.

To help with blog writing. to quickly and consistently plug in a topic to talk about and get an outline in a few seconds is such a time saver-- by outline, I am referring to those 5-6 subheadings.

@janine_nitz sorry for the late reply! and I have. I've used AI in other ways such as rewriting articles and things like that. It does a scarily good job of attempting to mimic humor. You need to keep a close eye at the more long-form content to make sure its not just gibberish, but heck of a time saver
ChatGPT itself 😂
Though if I'd toot my own horn, it would probably be evoke-app.com once we get it implemented with our AI image generation API
Liffery
@richard_gao2 of course! toot away 😀 looking forward to seeing that AI-images generation API..
@janine_nitz It's already out!
I have created https://promptplus.org, a chrome extension where you can create various types of prompt templates such as code generators, resume builders, blog generators, product description generator , grammar check template and more. For example, when using the blog generator template, you can specify parameters such as the topic, tone, context, writing style, and platform. Within the template, You can customize and define which parameters the prompt will include.
Unfortunately, I launched this product but it failed to gain attention. Nevertheless, I have plans to relaunch the product soon."
@janine_nitz Thanks for showing interest in my product, I believe it was mainly due to my lack of experience and knowledge about the best practices and tips for a successful launch. I may have rushed into it without taking the necessary time to learn and prepare adequately.
Liffery
@top_phoungmixay that sounds like a great product. I will definitely give it a go.. why do you think it failed to gain traction? Would you mind sharing? Also good luck with your next launch 🚀

For me, Use'ChatGPT.AI' It's a chrome extension. and you can write, rephrase, summarize, and translate with the sidebar. It's helpful to enhances productivity.
Liffery
@charlie_lee1 yea I have to say translation is one of my most common use cases for chat gpt
@charlie_lee1 Thanks Charlie so much for sharing the extension ( https://usechatgpt.ai/install?re... )!
I have been using ChatGPT.AI since a colleague recommended it to me recently. It's very convenient for writing documents as it has a sidebar format.
