What is the best choice you made to lead product growth?

Reflecting on my experience in product strategy and research, one of the best choices I've made to drive product growth was implementing a user-centric approach in all aspects of product development. Instead of merely focusing on feature expansion or technical novelty, I advocated for a stronger emphasis on user research and feedback. We invested in ethnographic studies, user interviews, and data analysis, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of our user base. This allowed us to deeply understand our users' needs, behaviors, and pain points, which then served as the foundation for our product development decisions. I also promoted a culture of experimentation and fast iteration within the team. This meant prototyping new features rapidly, testing them with real users, and using the feedback to refine our product.
