Asking for feedback through surveys tends to have a low response rate in my experience. I find that reaching out directly to individual customers after they make a purchase works best. Like, I'll send a short personalized email asking if they're happy with the product and for any suggestions to improve. People seem to appreciate that personal touch and are more likely to reply with useful feedback. Just my 2 cents!

Hey Austin, I used https://www.feedspace.io for this. It’s a really simple platform for collecting feedback, suggestions and testimonials from customers or clients. It gives you the flexibility to collect feedback in audio, video, or text—whichever format your customer is most comfortable with.

The best way to gather customer feedback is through surveys and in-app prompts that allow users to share their thoughts easily. Also, actively engaging with users via social media, support channels, and direct interviews helps collect valuable suggestions Another good feature is to enter a special window just for this, where the user can find the answer to his question, leave a review, etc. 👍

Consider implementing a feedback loop that includes automated surveys post-purchase, regular check-ins through email, and a dedicated feedback section on your website. Offering incentives for detailed feedback can also boost participation and provide more actionable suggestions. 🎁

Offer them promotional codes or lifetime access, especially to early users.

We can ask for it, If it is your product then when the user completes their first full interaction we can show a feedback popup. If we can directly contact the user then genuinely ask for it.

I've been using Userleap (https://userleap.com) for capturing customer feedback and suggestions. It's super easy to set up micro-surveys at key points in the user journey to get targeted insights. The analytics and verbatim responses have been really valuable for informing our product roadmap and prioritizing improvements. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Yeah for sure, getting quality customer feedback is key. I've been using Canny.io and it's been awesome for collecting feature requests and suggestions from users. They can vote on ideas and you can keep them updated on progress. Makes the whole process way smoother and keeps customers engaged. Highly recommend checking it out!

For already launched features - You should use some tools that capture customer behaviour implicitly. Like a PerceptInsight or a Mixpanel or an Amplitude Later triangulate it with qualitative feedback via surveys. Never go with only surveys btw - they will hide more than they reveal.

For customer feedback and suggestions, I'd recommend checking out Userwell.co. It's a super simple widget you can embed on your site to collect ideas, bug reports, or general feedback from users. Plus it integrates with tools like Slack, Jira, and Trello to keep your team in the loop on the latest insights. Definitely worth a look!

I've been using Userflow (userflow.com) to collect user feedback and feature suggestions for my SaaS product. It's super easy to set up - you just add a little JavaScript snippet to your site/app and it adds a slick widget that lets users submit feedback with screenshots, text, and tags. Makes it really simple to organize and prioritize the feedback from our users. Definitely recommend checking it out!
