I don't know if they're is a official way but there are lots of tools.
After our launch last week with Liffery, we asked for more qualified responses via a Google Form.

Testimonials and reviews are powerful ways to showcase your customer satisfaction and build trust with your prospects. There are different methods to collect them, depending on your business and your customers. I found some common ways to collect testimonials and reviews from my experience:

2. Ask them on the phone or in person,
3. Ask them on social media,
4. Ask them after showing interest in them,
You can then start a conversation with them and build rapport. After a while, you can ask them for a testimonial or review and they will be more likely to give it to you.
