The biggest Aha moment for me in the past 12 months was realizing the importance of self-care and setting boundaries.
I used to constantly overextend myself and put others' needs before my own, which led to burnout and resentment.
But I had a breakthrough when I learned that it's okay to prioritize my own well-being and say no when necessary. This has greatly improved my mental and emotional health, and I feel more balanced and fulfilled as a result.

@crystal_j Hi Crystal, it is really amazing to hear that. I can totally relate. I am quite a ''perfectionist'' and ''rescuer''. It is so easy for me to work a bit more and help others instead of help myself. So I am on the same journey with you!
For me, it was to realize the real ''issue'' we are solving as a startup, the fear of rejection & judgement when asking for mental health related help.
I DIYed ''inner child work'' because as a coach with 15 years of experience, it felt almost impossible to go see another therapist in my circle. And there are always going to be people who wants to do it by themselves.

@pallaskittie That's interesting. I would love to exchange notes on the physical shoot side of things.
