    For me, my product has just gone live and I don't yet have a large user base, so my biggest challenge is gain enough following for a successful launch.

    I think it's making sure that you market the product effectively and gain the traction you need for the launch.

    The most challenging aspect, in my opinion, is finding the top 20 target users who can provide valuable feedback to confirm the readiness of your product for launch.

    @parra_cheung Admittedly, yes that's a tough one. You can gain followers but there is no assurance that they can be users.

    For me it is no one support me in my previous team. My previous team leader think PH is no use until I gain some user for our products.

    @adrian_mailmaestro The best tip I could give you so far is to interact, be authentic, just don't randomly answer for more people to follow you. Everyone he is just amazing and bots are a big no-no

    @ashmil_hussain I agree with this! Marketing plays a big role but can be very challenging especially if you want to avoid being spammy
