Coworking at a great place. Especially into the mountains.

Where hard work and achievements should be appreciated

It's about reaching milestones each month and sharing the joy together. I believe that a work environment with this kind of continuous system is better than that of big-tech or top runners. It's also important that everyone, regardless of position, has the opportunity to discuss proposals. I prefer community over top-down.
