What makes the brand memorable? + What are your favourite brands and feelings related to it?
Business Marketing with Nika

If I wanted to share those "generic" marketing stuff (which I do because I am a marketer) 😀
I would list:
– recognizable logo
– clear message
– unmistakable name
– uniform tone of communication, etc.
BUT... there is still one more thing:
EXPERIENCE (or FEELING) that the brand evokes in you.
My question for you:
What are your favourite brands and what feelings are related to them?
Feel free to list more than one brand. 🙂

For me e.g.:
Apple – exclusivity
Disney or Pixar – feeling that everything is possible

What do you mean by clear message? What are the examples?

@tymzap Some companies change their vision each month :D so it can confuse people. At the moment I couldn't come up with the example from my environment so I dared to use ChatGPT (oh, I know cowardly :DDD )...
WeWork – they initially talked about them like tech company... now, they are more in real estates, coworking.
Any premium brand that is beyond your reach - ASPIRATION
Any premium brand that you now own - ACCOMPLISHMENT
I've always been a huge admirer of Nike. Think they've nailed it with brand, messaging, uniform and tone of communication.

@inid_leksina I started noticing them when they more incorporated the aspect of social responsibility. The communication felt different.
I think brand memorability comes from having a unique identity customers can easily connect with emotionally. Like Nike's 'Just Do It' inspires people to push themselves, and Apple's sleek design and 'Think Different' messaging appeals to our sense of creativity. A clear, distinctive brand personality expressed consistently across touchpoints makes brands stick in our minds. My fav is Patagonia - their strong purpose around sustainability and activism makes me feel good supporting them and proud to wear their gear.
to answer with unexpected ones, and ones from my beloved country:
Armani - elegance
Ferrari - prestige
and of course i love also Apple, Nike, or Mercedes
"Great question! I agree that while logos, messaging, and consistency are essential, the experience and emotional connection a brand creates are what truly make it memorable.
One of my favorite brands is Apple. The feeling it evokes for me is a sense of innovation and simplicity. Every product feels thoughtfully designed and user-friendly, which makes me feel empowered and excited to use their products. It’s not just about the tech—it’s about the experience of using something that feels intuitive and elegant.
Another brand I love is Nike. It evokes feelings of motivation and determination. The "Just Do It" slogan resonates with me because it inspires action, pushing me to challenge myself and pursue my goals. Every time I put on a pair of Nikes, I feel ready to conquer whatever challenge is ahead.
Finally, Patagonia holds a special place for me. The brand’s commitment to sustainability and environmentalism gives me a sense of purpose. It makes me feel proud to support a brand that shares my values and is working toward making the world a better place.
For me, these brands aren’t just products; they evoke emotions and experiences that align with my values and aspirations."
