What Music or Sounds Do You Listen to While Working Alone?

We all have our own ways of staying focused while working especially alone, and for many of us, music or sounds play a big role.
Whether it's a playlist of your favorite tunes, ambient sounds, or just a white noise, finding the right background noise can help us stay productive and relaxed.
So, what's your secret to staying focused while working alone?
My go to: Lofi music, Nature Sound or Old Pop Music

Synthwave (not aggressive), mostly.

I usually need something upbeat to help me stay focused. Slow songs tend to make my mind slow down and that causes me to work slower, as well.

Lofi, Jazz hop
Subtle, soft, and occasionally uplifting chill music - I couldn't recommend a long Sarah McLachlan mix strongly enough.
Instead of it, I'm really frustrated to hear continuous voices of guitars of my neighbors. I'm thinking to install soundproofing panels to get rid of all these voices. I will request if anyone has experience with these acoustic panels, please share it here.
