One small habit I can start today is committing to a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise each day. Whether it's a brisk walk, a quick workout, or some yoga, consistently moving my body will not only improve my physical health but also boost my mental well-being. Over the next year, this daily habit will help me build strength, reduce stress, and increase my overall energy levels, leading to a more balanced and healthier lifestyle.
