Focus on delivering value first. Create a series of helpful, bite-sized tips or insights tailored to your audience’s needs—like a “5-day challenge” or a “weekly quick win”—and position your emails as a resource they look forward to, not an ad they want to skip.
Make your emails personal and conversational, and always include a way for readers to engage (like asking them to reply with their thoughts or challenges). When people feel like you're genuinely trying to help, email becomes a relationship, not a nuisance.

Well make sure its not spam. If you're emailing your users 10 times a week, they're just going to ignore/unsubscribe from you.
Instead send more personalized emails to your users/followers, and try to keep the promise of why they joined your list.
