What's a new behavior you're trying to adopt to make you a better entrepreneur/leader/person?

For me, I'm trying to communicate in simpler, clearer sentences. One way I'm doing this is to replace more commas with periods. It's a tip I picked up from reading about copywriting but it's working great for emails, messages, and conversations too.

delegating... I always feel like I need to do everything, because otherwise, it won't turn out as I expect... But it's not sustainable, and in the end, I simply don't do many things, as I don't have the time. I want to become better at delegating, outsourcing tasks, maybe starting with easy straightforward ones

Be more comfortable with uncertainty. Startups (especially early stage) have a lot of chaos and unknowns. You're going to have to accept that.
