I’ve been trying to step outside for regular breaks. Fresh air really helps me recharge and focus better.

I'm aiming to spend less time on social media and more time on activities that bring me joy, like reading for example.
I've been focusing on getting up early and going for a brisk walk before starting work. The combination of physical activity, fresh air, and morning quiet really helps clear my head and puts me in a great mental state to tackle the day. Give it a try!

With Christmas just around the corner, I’m focusing on doing at least one good thing every day this week. Whether it’s helping someone out, donating to a cause, or just spreading a little extra kindness, it’s a small way to share the holiday spirit and end the year on a positive note and it became a tradition for me throughout all the years.
