My whole daily routine specially clients specified changes and time management with gym time.

I'd love an AI that tracks my 'I'll do it later' promises. I probably say this 12 times a day (let's be real). Getting sassy AI reminders like 'Hey remember that 'urgent' thing from 3 weeks ago that you're still putting off?' Would be hilarious to have an AI accountability partner with a sense of humor calling out my procrastination.
i do not think AI can help with that. There are plenty of habit trackers in appstore yet if person isnt willing to control oneself, no app will help you with that. imho AI or not AI , its all useless without personal effort. and if there's an effort, then why do you need an app?

It could use data like activity levels, heart rate, blood sugar, or even the weather to give tailored reminders for drinking water and taking breaks. This would help not just me, but many other people as well to stay healthier and more focused throughout the day.
