@nickanisimov That’s a great one! Staying hydrated is so important. An AI tracker could even suggest ways to improve based on your daily routine.

I'd love an AI that tracks my 'I'll do it later' promises. I probably say this 12 times a day (let's be real). Getting sassy AI reminders like 'Hey remember that 'urgent' thing from 3 weeks ago that you're still putting off?' Would be hilarious to have an AI accountability partner with a sense of humor calling out my procrastination.

i do not think AI can help with that. There are plenty of habit trackers in appstore yet if person isnt willing to control oneself, no app will help you with that. imho AI or not AI , its all useless without personal effort. and if there's an effort, then why do you need an app?

@katerina_dedyulya That’s such a valid point! Personal effort really is the key to any habit change. Maybe AI could work as a gentle nudge or motivator, but you're right it ultimately comes down to self-discipline.

One small daily lifestyle habit I would love AI to keep track of (as I’m really bad at it) is hydration and breaks, synced with my fitness tracker or other smart wearables. It could use data like activity levels, heart rate, blood sugar, or even the weather to give tailored reminders for drinking water and taking breaks. This would help not just me, but many other people as well to stay healthier and more focused throughout the day.

@felix_sattler That’s such a thoughtful idea! Syncing hydration and break reminders with fitness trackers sounds super practical. Tailored suggestions based on real-time data could make a huge difference. Have you come across any apps or wearables that offer something close to this?
