Launching a product globally requires tackling multiple challenges. What do you think is the most crucial element for success?

I believe it depends on the type of product.😃
For example, Coca-Cola relies heavily on marketing, whereas clothing depends more on trends. Similarly, the strategy would vary depending on the nature of the product.
These days, there’s even a marketing strategy known as "sold-out frenzy," which creates a perception of scarcity as part of the marketing plan. Because of this, I don’t consider supply chain issues a primary concern.
User feedback is also important, but I see it as a post-launch consideration, so I’ve excluded it from the discussion.😊
