This is such a great question. There are level to this. It depends on who in the company it impacts, is there a cost associated with it and what is the outcome needed from the possible decision. If it's a situation where a great deal of money is involved then it definitely will be a decision where the VP or Founder has to make.

Hey, I'm newbie here, but I thought I'd chime in with my 2 cents. We usually start with a brainstorming session where everyone can contribute ideas. Then we evaluate each idea based on a set of criteria, like feasibility and impact, and narrow them down to a few options. Finally, we discuss those options and come to a consensus on the best course of action. It's not always easy, but it definitely feels like everyone's voice is heard. But, you know, sometimes we just roll a dice which helps us a lot. What about you? How does your company make decisions?

Honestly, decision-making can get kinda tricky sometimes, especially when everyone’s got different opinions. In our team, we usually hash things out together, but for those low-stakes decisions where no one’s really sure, we’ve actually just rolled a dice a few times to settle it. It’s kinda funny, but it works. We even started using this online dice roller (https://dice.onl/ ) to make it easier when we’re all remote

Hmmmm... I ran into this question, and actually, I wanna ask myself the same question, my boss. He is in charge of making decisions, but his decisions broke us.
