What's the worst thing a salesperson did in the meeting with you?

Last week I had the worst sales call of my life! Don't get me wrong, they weren't rude or incompetent, and their product actually works pretty well. But they made every mistake possible in their sales meetings and presentations.
For me, it's the following:
Mistake No. 1: No clear pricing
You can ask a hundred SaaS companies to tell you what is the most visited page on their website after the homepage, and all hundreds of them will give you only one answer, the pricing page.
Creating an enticing pricing page is an art, but it's not hard at all. You only need to follow some very basic rules. The most important rule is that people like to see clear pricing, pricing that can be understood instantly.
These are the three most hated pricing pages you can build:
- Too many options, add-ons, and pricing calculators:
People don't like to do extra work just for the privilege of paying for your product, and they hate doing math. These are facts, and if you like a high conversion rate, you should find a way to make your pricing easy for your customers, not confusing.
- Not showing the features and limitations:
One of the reasons people visit the pricing page of your website more than any other page is to learn more about your offerings. They might not even care about the prices at that point. First, they need to know if your product is the right choice for them, then they will compare prices.
So think of your pricing page as your catalog. Show where your product shines, your unique value proposition, and the benefits for your customers.
The most crucial part of a pricing page is that you must outshine your competitors. Chances are that your potential customer, who's looking to buy your product, is visiting every pricing page of your competitors and your page in a single day. They will judge your product based on this page more than anything else.
- Contact us instead of showing the prices:
Not only will this result in losing +90% of your leads, but they will also think they want to charge them as much as you can!
Subcontasily they think that you want to see them first, and if your company is big, you want to charge them big bucks for the same service. Having a "contact us pricing" gives your customers a feeling of getting scammed.
I listed the others here:

What do you think? What's the worst thing a salesperson can do in a meeting?
