What's you philosophy for onboarding users?

Do you: 1) onboard specific cohorts with the data you have (ex: occupation) 2) onboard batches of people at specific dates 3) onboard everyone at once ? If so, why?

Keep it simple. Onboard in batches, you can handle. I once onboarded 10K users after a massive ad campaign and did not have the infrastructure to offer customer support etc. I learnt the hard way less is more when you are starting out.
