What tool do you use to track user behavior in your SaaS product?

I need better insights into how users are interacting with our app. What's your go-to tool for tracking user behavior?

I've tried many different tools, but PostHog is really my preferred tool as it combines both user stats and replay sessions. It also has a quite generous free tier. Alternatively you can also try Amplitude or June.

@codebymedu I really liked FullStory when it came out but it's now more expensive and you have to get a demo first. I find PostHog much better.

Have you tried hotjar? I've also used fullstory before, and its really nice to see your users interact with your app directly.

I use tools like Mixpanel for in-depth analytics and Hotjar for heatmaps and user behavior insights.
