It’s better to have a waitlist before the launch, so you have customer feedback and paying customers straight after launch. If not - cold outreach via email or LinkedIn works well.

Start by reaching out to your personal and professional networks. Offer them an exclusive deal or a special incentive for being among the first to try your product.

To attract paying users, focus on offering clear value through targeted marketing, leveraging early adopters for testimonials, and providing exceptional customer support. Effective onboarding and strategic pricing can also help convert interest into subscriptions.

I have heard that from launches, people have rarely direct purchases. It is more about testing products. Try to reach out directly. Also it depends on the product you offer.

It depends on the product. For B2B products, usually you start building the product from a business needs. In our experience, we start scraping leads using online tools like appollo and get a list of leads for cold emails. We then send cold emails with some customized messages that's relevant to their company or product. For B2C products, it's more challenging, offering some steep discount or free trial to encourage payment connection for the first month might work.

To attract paying users when launching a new product, start by understanding your target audience and crafting a compelling value proposition. Build anticipation before the launch with teasers and special offers. Use social proof like testimonials to build trust, and offer incentives to encourage purchases. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and gather feedback to continuously improve your product. What kind of product are you planning to launch? I'm launching today: Flutter Fast.
