Here are a few more ideas for where to ask for feedback/help on your launch day:

Slack communities. There are many Slack communities for specific industries and interests. Join some relevant communities and share your launch news there.
Industry leaders. Reach out to industry leaders and influencers and ask them for feedback on your product. They may be willing to share your launch news with their followers as well.
