We do combine both in Skylead, and we and our users use both, but I prefer more LinkedIn. It's more personal. At the same time, email is more scalable. If you're interested in following new features for Skylead, check us out here: https://www.producthunt.com/products/skylead

Depends on who your ICP is and where they hang out.

Good question. LinkedIn is more personal and there's a higher chance that your message will be seen, but not everyone is on LinkedIn (especially if we talk about niches outside tech). Email, on the other hand, is more scalable. But exactly because of this, it's easy that your message gets lost in 1000s of "%name%, quick question". As our product is a marketing tool for tech brands, my vote goes 100% to LinkedIn, but for more conservative industries email is definitely the way to go.

Linkedin is the best. I think most people today prefer social media.

Definitely LinkedIn. It practically clusters your target customers. All you need to do is connect to them.

"Both channels have their strengths! I've found LinkedIn great for authentic connections, while email allows for detailed outreach. By the way, Skylead seems intriguing; I'll be keeping an eye on your new features. Best of luck!

I like either. If I have their email I'll primarily communicate with them there to pull them in a meet.

Both. Multichannel rocks when it comes down to reaching out to every lead from the list.
