Topicflow
Hi @anastasiia_z
Just saw your question and thought I should share Topicflow which we launched today. It is an app to help users run better meetings.
Before a meeting you can prepare and collaborate on the agenda with other participants. You can embed figma files, miro boards, etc...
During the meeting, you can record notes, action items and decisions.
After the meeting, you can share notes with other participants.
You can check it out here: https://www.producthunt.com/post...
Cheers!

GanttPRO (https://ganttpro.com/) is a great solution to manage tasks and ideas and plan your activities during the meetings and brainstorming sessions.
This robust platform based on the Gantt chart functionality empowers product teams from various industries to build and manage unlimited projects, considering unlimited resources, even during a free trial.
I use the above-mentioned tool a lot, and today I'm launching my own one, ONES! It's an all-in-one project collaboration tool, great for planning sprint meeting. If interested, please take a look and give it a try: https://www.producthunt.com/post...
For meetings I go with Zoom or Google meet. Nothing too fancy since it's just a meeting.
What benefits do Notion and Miro offer than get you to use them rather than Google Meet?
