I think talking about the problem first is better because it shows you understand what people are going through. When they see you get their struggle, they trust you more and are more likely to believe your solution will work for them.

Because when you state a problem in your marketing creative, it is easier for people to relate to and then it becomes easy to walk them through our journey

As a marketer, I've found that highlighting the problem resonates more deeply with potential customers. It shows you understand their pain points and builds trust.
