    As a marketer, I've found that highlighting the problem resonates more deeply with potential customers. It shows you understand their pain points and builds trust. Solutions are great, but they only matter once people recognize they have a problem worth solving. Framing the conversation around the problem first creates that crucial 'aha' moment.

    I think talking about the problem first is better because it shows you understand what people are going through. When they see you get their struggle, they trust you more and are more likely to believe your solution will work for them.
