As a startup founder, you need to also de recruiting. Listing your first opening role for your new company is quite overwhelming, specially when you get 200+ resumes that you need to read over, plus the other millions of things you need to do. Having an AI to save you that time would be amazing!

Having been involved in recruitment, I can say that AI is helpful to screen résumés only in the initial phase. At best it can help you filter out the noise. Beyond that point, you'd still need human intervention to get the best candidates.
