Hi PH, I'm building Upstream because I'm tired of looking at news, ads and SEO when I'm looking for information. Upstream is a Chrome Extension that lets users easily run GPT on any website. It does the usual things like writing about a topic, summarizing and simplifying content, the difference is that it gathers context automatically from your Chrome tabs. So instead of scrolling through the noisy web, fire up an instruction to only get what you need.

@richard_gao2 Right, GPT will be used to generate noise but also to minimize it. I hope tools like Upstream inspire more of the latter !

@naveed_rehman Uses OpenAI. Plan is to understand top 5 tasks that would save people time and try to make it really easy to run for those, monetization will come after.
