Hello Product Hunt, 👋 Hello we are Sama — the easiest way to find and book the best time for meetings 🙏 First and foremost, I would like to thank our wonderful Sama community of users from all around the world who were our first users and helped us get here. Why Sama? 🤯 Earlier this year — all of us were on a journey to find the next chapter in our careers — we realised through meeting many people online from all over the world that finding time, and the back and forth communication is such a pain that still hasn't been solved in 2021. We tried various solutions out there, but we simply felt there should be something better. So, what is Sama? ⏱ We believe the way to solve this is to build Sama as an AI assistant that looks into everyone's availability and finds the best time to meet. 🤔 Before we can enable access to everyone's availability, we felt the need to build out our user base. We are starting with time suggestions, in which you can easily schedule meetings with someone outside of the Sama network. 🗓️ Easily set up your meeting duration and which timezone you want to have meetings. No need to set up complicated preferences or templates. 🧠 Based on your history and preferences, Sama will automatically suggest 3 best slots. If the slots don't seem right, no worries - you can easily drag and drop them, or expand them in to ranges. 📨You can then copy these slots to paste on to your email, slack, or any other messaging app. The recipient of the meeting can easily book a slot in a few taps. They can also download the app and see the slots in the context of their own calendar. This recipient experience is something that we want to continuously improve. What's next? - Build our key differentiator - Sama Scheduling Network: if both users are on Sama, it would propose times which are available for both sides based on their history and preferences - Bring Sama to more platforms: web version and Android. - Bring more calendars to Sama: multiple Google accounts, MS outlook, iCal. - Expand integrations: video (Zoom, Teams, etc.), Slack, etc. - Enable Sama for group meetings 🤓 This is a fluid list and will be heavily influenced by your input. I love the concept and that it is fulfilling a real and salient need for people. Automatic time finding, if done right, is the silver bullet to save everyone hours per week. I can’t wait to see how this develops!

Would be great to be able to add more than one calendar and to be able to actually schedule from the suggestions giving.

Congrats on the launch! How does it understand which times work best for each user? Is it based on the previous meetings that people were invited to?

Just signed up. Hope I have a free account forever. Trying it out because I need something for this. I currently use boomerang app just for this feature but boomerang isn’t available online. This reminds me of Woven at first sight but going to check it out!

And kudos to Viktoras for the butter smoooth UI animation :) Some quick notes: * in the onboarding flow after I get back from granting access to Google Cal, realeses -> releases * tried this on my different accounts, I love that the recipient, once chosen their time, has automatically accepted the meeting Keep up the good work!
