@erkang and @chihan_tung walked me through Ari in the Ariso (short for Aristotle!) workspace and I was impressed.
There's a lot here to get chaotic teams aligned and rowing in the same direction.
The underlying premise is to delegate the work about work to robots — personal Ari-bots — so that the team can focus more on the creative, high-level, high-impact work.
Ari works on each layer of the stack empowering with the individual with a personal chief-of-staff.
Then there's a set of tools for managers with direct reports who need to oversee and coordinate others' work.
And those tools bubble up to org-wide visibility and shared context. It's quite profound once you dig in — and I recommend you do. It's free to start, and then just $1/day after that.

How do you balance AI-driven quality control with human review?

@shogheratanesyan This greatly depends on the task the model is working on. For something like a morning greeting there is no level of human review because it's just hte model saying hello, vs for things like confirming client information we require that the model cites its sources and show all tool calls made.
Can Ari be a a singular product focused assistant or is it, by nature, built to be an umbrella across an entire org?

@rohan_kusre You can absolutely just use it as an individual agent. Tons of productivity gains to be had even without bringing your team. But, with that being said, it definitely works best with a team.

@lisadziuba right now it’s any tech enabled org that wants to run a tighter shop. We work across all industries but have seen success in the non-profit, SaaS and cybersecurity spaces

@lisadziuba The main target user is managers and team leads. especially those are responsible for helping others stay aligned and follow through.
