From whatever I have seen of Callzen, it seems to be a revelation in the customer service domain. The conversational analytics it provides seem to be very precise and it is able to capture critical insights very well, that too across multiple languages (I have tried for English, Hindi and Tamil). Kudos to the team for making this wonderful product. Looking forward to more features getting added.
Congratulations on the launch. I was just looking and exploring some tools in this space to power our sales team. I mean what are the odds right? Will definitely try the product this week. The playground is a great feature. kudos to the dev team. however, I would recommend coming up with a transparent pricing plan atleast for the professional plan. Also please look into the font sizes and font family used for this. Could be better.
