I was looking for a free support chat for an MVP version of my product, and Chatwoot just ticked all the boxes - Slack integration, continue conversation on email, multiple ways to collect contacts, uncomplicated styling and workflow customizations, everything worked great! Definitely switching to paid.

It would be 5 stars, but we are experiencing issues with it disconnecting, so our agents appear offline. Chatwoot suggested this was a known issue, but for us it is not resolved. After a hard refresh its fine again, for a while. A desktop version would also go a long way to solve this!
