Hey Hunters👋 💭Imagine: you're a digital marketer for a DTC brand with over 100k customers. Do you think anyone is seriously digging through each and every customer page of a traditional CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software? — Absolutely not. 💡That’s why we built a CRM on the segment layer — to capture customers who share the same preferences, needs, or behaviors, uniting them into a single, actionable audience. With segments as the "Operating System", we’re reshaping CRM: 🗺️Customer Journey Map - a dynamic view of how your customers move across segments. 📈Track KPIs and revenue on segment basis, so you know where to target anytime. 📝Log activities at the segment level for a summarized picture of interactions. 🔍Discover unique behaviors that set each segment apart to craft resonant strategies. You can seamlessly sync ECPower with any MA tools to implement segment-driven strategies🚀 It’s CRM, evolved. Ready to shift from pages to progress?

@umisea, This is such an exciting evolution in CRM! The idea of building a CRM on the segment layer is a game-changer for digital marketers managing large customer bases. Being able to map the customer journey dynamically and track KPIs by segment is incredibly powerful for making smarter, data-driven decisions. The ability to log activities at the segment level and uncover unique behaviors adds even more depth to how we understand and engage with our audiences. Kudos to the team for creating a tool that simplifies the complexity and makes customer data truly actionable. Excited to see how this reshapes CRM for the better! 🚀

What’s up, Hunters! 👋 I’m Hiromu, founder and CEO of ECPower, and I’m thrilled to introduce what we've been passionately building for a long time — ECPower 🚀 Two years ago, the first version of ECPower was launched as a simple data analytics dashboard for e-commerce merchants. But I wasn’t sure it would truly help improve their marketing or boost their sales. My answer at the time was no. So, I spent every day talking to over 300 users, determined to find the "core" problem. Finally, I realized it wasn’t about analyzing data; it was about understanding their customers. Merchants didn’t want just numbers—they wanted to know who their target customers were and what those customers needed to drive better marketing communication. Once we discovered this, we rebuilt our software into what it is today: ECPower Segment Management. Now, imagine you have over 100K customers. How do you manage them? How do you identify and track your target customers? With ECPower, you can segment them into 100 clusters, making it much more manageable. Instead of dealing with 100K customers, you focus on communicating with these 100 key groups and tracking their engagement. This is the core of ECPower’s solution. Currently, it integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Shopify Apps. However, we firmly believe that this "segment-centric CRM" approach has far-reaching potential, not only for other e-commerce platforms but also across various industries where marketers need to manage large customer bases with greater efficiency and precision. Exciting things are on the horizon, so stay tuned! We’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback! Drop a comment if you’re interested in ECPower or have any questions! Cheers! Hiromu & the ECPower team ❤️

The concept behind ECPower is really interesting! Managing customer behavior and revenue by "segment" is an approach that feels like it should have existed before, but surprisingly hasn’t. Additionally, being able to visualize and intuitively understand the customer journey seems particularly useful in the marketing field. I'm excited to see how these features will be utilized!
Hiromu Masuda
@jiro_i Thank you for your kind words! You’re absolutely right—our key idea was to treat segments as "objects" rather than just filters. This allows us to offer a platform where users can truly discover insights and track the movement of segments, especially within the customer journey. We believe this approach adds a new layer of depth to understanding customer behavior, and we're excited to see how it will make an impact in the marketing field!
Omi K.
Thank you, @jiro_i! We’re glad you find the concept of segment-based management compelling. Our goal with ECPower is to make customer journey visualization and segment tracking more accessible and actionable for marketers. Excited to see how you and others put it to use!

Hey! I think this is a great tool, especially part with a roadmap. I have some questions: 1. Is this tool only for brands with big audiences? 2. Is it only for shops built on Shopify?
Omi K.
@oleksandrauckun Hi Oleksandra, great questions—thank you! ECPower works best for brands with over 1,000 customers, but we do have smaller shops successfully using it as well🤝 At the moment, it's only available for Shopify merchants, but we're planning to expand to platforms like WooCommerce and Magento in the future!
Oleksandra
@umisea I hope beauty brands are on your target audience list!)
Omi K.
@oleksandrauckun Absolutely, Oleksandra! Beauty and cosmetics brands are definitely part of our customer base—especially those in skincare, oils, and related products. They find great value in using ECPower because, as you know, customer preferences and needs can vary so much in this space. It’s all about building audiences based on those nuances and crafting personalized messages that really resonate with each segment. I hope your product and mine could collaborate at some point in each of our journeys!

@umisea yeah. Definitely. We are just launching oil. So when we are in the later stages I will be considering using your solution.

@hiromumasuda @umisea Congratulations on the launch of ECPower Segment Management, Hiromu! The segmentation approach sounds innovative and promising for DTC brands. However, I'm curious about how flexible the segmentation criteria are and how you plan to keep these segments relevant as customer behaviors change over time. Any insights on future iterations to enhance this adaptability would be greatly appreciated!
Omi K.
Thanks for your feedback, @zephyrion! Keeping track of changes over time is crucial, and that's exactly our aim with ECPower. Without detailed records, it’s impossible for users to monitor shifts in behavior. We’re constantly working on enhancing the flexibility of our segmentation criteria to ensure they stay relevant as customer behaviors evolve. Stay tuned for future updates!
Hiromu Masuda
@zephyrion Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! Flexibility is our priority, and we actively gather user feedback to continually enhance it. Additionally, we’re working on integrating ECPower with other marketing tools our users use. This will allow us to create even more flexible segmentation criteria, ensuring it remains adaptable to changing customer behaviors. We’ll keep refining the platform to meet evolving demands, and we appreciate your insights as we move forward!
