The customer service is superb! I followed the easy instructions, put the suit on, tried to scan, and it gave me an error saying I have a fold in the pants. "I DO NOT HAVE A FOLD IN MY PANTS!" I yelled at my phone each of the 9 attempts that failed. On the error page, it gives you two choices: try again, or submit a concern to customer service. So I sent a quick yell at customer service, and they got back to me first thing the next morning. That error is usually a lighting issue (overhead light is too harsh). I tried a different room and WOW! it worked first time. The scan is eye opening and seems accurate. I'm looking forward to seeing changes over time. I'm obese and was concerned that the suit wouldn't fit, but it's very stretchy. Did I mention the instructions are very easy? And the scan showed me how fat I am? Great product. Now time to head to the gym . . .
