Cold outreach gets ignored because prospects do not know you yet. Fuzzy warms them before you ever reach out by finding people already engaging in your market, helping you stay visible through content and thoughtful comments, then launching personalised LinkedIn and email campaigns in your voice. Research, enrichment, sequences, replies and team workflows live in one place. Customers call it intuitive, seamless and more comprehensive than the tools they used before.

Fuzzy AI
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Serena, founder of Fuzzy AI.
We kept seeing the same thing happen: someone sends a cold message to a complete stranger, it gets ignored, and they’re told to solve the problem by sending even more messages.
But what if volume isn’t the real problem?
What if the problem is that you’re still a stranger?
That’s why we built Fuzzy.
Fuzzy is a relationship-first AI sales platform that warms up your prospects before you ever reach out, so your first message doesn’t feel cold.
Instead of stitching together separate tools for research, LinkedIn engagement, content, outreach, follow-ups, and replies, you can manage the entire journey in one place.
Here’s what you can do with Fuzzy:
🔎 Find the right prospects
Tell the Fuzzy Agent who you want to reach. It can research companies, build targeted lists, enrich contacts, and find people already engaging with relevant creators or competitors.
💬 Build familiarity before reaching out
My Feed brings together posts from your prospects and key accounts. Fuzzy helps you write thoughtful comments and LinkedIn posts in your voice. You can also choose who Fuzzy engages with automatically.
🧠 Create outreach that sounds like you
Memories teach Fuzzy about your company, product, audience, offer, and writing style. Fuzzy combines that knowledge with prospect research to create personalised LinkedIn and email outreach.
⚡ Keep campaigns moving
Launch multi-step campaigns and let Fuzzy handle the follow-ups without manually managing every step.
📥 Turn replies into conversations
Fuzzy can draft or send replies using the full context of each prospect and conversation. You decide how much control to keep: review everything yourself, automate selected steps, or let Fuzzy continue until it’s time for you to step in.
👥 Work from shared context
Your team can share company knowledge, research, contacts, templates, conversations, and reporting in one workspace.
Fuzzy is built for founders, sales teams, agencies, consultants, recruiters, and anyone who relies on relationships to generate business.
Our goal is simple: less manual work and warmer conversations.

Serena
@serenalam Congrats on the launch! Curious — how does Fuzzy decide the right balance between automation and keeping outreach feeling personal? That's usually the hardest part to get right with AI-driven sales tools.
Fuzzy AI
@imran_rauf Good question! And you're right - its what most ai tools get wrong.
The biggest way we keep automation personal is through our Memories feature, and we’ve spent a LOT of time getting this right.
Memories gives Fuzzy shared context about you, including how you write, what you care about, the opinions you’ve shared, your past conversations, and your industry expertise. So the AI isn’t starting from scratch or using a generic template every time. It understands what you would genuinely say, how you would say it, and who it would actually be relevant to.
You still choose how much automation you want. You can set the interactions, timing, and spacing for each campaign, then either use autopilot or review, edit, and approve each message as you go.
We want the AI to be smart enough to do the research and personalization for you, while you still stay in control of your voice and relationships :)
@serenalam Congratulations on the launch! Regarding the sequence aspect to Fuzzy AI, is there a way to connect platforms so emails are synced to internal CRMs?
Fuzzy AI
@stephanie_mangos Thank you Stephanie!! Good question. Which CRM are you using? The connection options depend on the platform, so if you let me know which one, I can confirm exactly what can be synced and how the setup works :)
@serenalam Thank you for getting back to me so quickly! Salesforce :) And is the limitation for this iteration of the platform or do you plan on keeping the CRM connection types limited?
@serenalam Love the relationship-first approach; curious how people balance automation with authenticity: for those who've used Fuzzy or similar tools, what one practice helped you keep outreach genuinely human?
Fuzzy AI
@swati_paliwal Such a good question!!
I actually built this because I wasn't a fan of all the other tools being built. I felt it was too complicated or it didnt get me the outcome I wanted! (e.g. Meetings booked). With Fuzzy, we really try to focus on the relationship aspect and building a relationship with our customer by warming them up.
For me, the biggest practice is not forcing an interaction just because a sequence says it’s time.
Specially in Fuzzy, we created Memories and the prospect’s actual context to help draft something relevant, but you can still review, edit, or skip it. If you don’t have something genuinely useful to add, don’t send it :)
@serenalam Many congratulations Serena and team! :)
How I met the maker
I was introduced to Serena and the Fuzzy team by @creative_nemo from @Waxwing. At first, I assumed Fuzzy was just another LinkedIn outreach tool, but the demo led by Serena surprised me!
What the tool does
Fuzzy is a relationship-first AI sales platform that warms up your prospects before you ever reach out, so your first message doesn’t feel cold.
It combines prospect research, LinkedIn engagement, content, commenting, personalized outreach (LinkedIn + email), sequences, reply handling, and team workflows in one place.
In practice, it acts like an AI SDR that builds familiarity through thoughtful content, comments and posts, then runs personalized campaigns in your voice.
Why I endorse it
After Serena walked me through a demo, I realized Fuzzy is the most comprehensive LinkedIn system I’ve seen, almost like having a LinkedIn agency for personal branding, relationship building, and outreach.
I haven’t encountered such an integrated tool on Product Hunt yet, so it gets my highest endorsement.
Give it a try!
Fuzzy AI
@creative_nemo @rohanrecommends Rohan!! Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful endorsement. It means a lot. Especially since that you came into the demo expecting another outreach tool :P and walked away seeing our bigger vision that we've been building toward.
Really appreciate you supporting me and the whole Fuzzy team :)
@serenalam my prospects are warm and fuzzy (tagline?)
Fuzzy AI
@daniel_attia Okay wait… that’s actually kind of perfect ❤️
“We make your prospects feel warm and Fuzzy before you reach out.”
Bringing research, engagement, and outreach into one unified workspace is a massive UI win @serena_lam_!
In team setups where multiple reps or account executives are targeting different stakeholders within the same enterprise account, how does Fuzzy prevent duplicate 'warming' efforts? If Account Executive A is commenting on an Exec's post, does the workspace flag that context to Account Executive B so the team's outreach stays coordinated rather than spammy?
Fuzzy AI
@franz_briones Oh yes, we already have this in our Teams feature! The workspace flags when someone on your team is already engaging with that person, and you can turn on duplicate prevention with one click.
So in your example, AE B can see that AE A is already warming the exec and avoid doubling up. We really wanted teams to share that context so outreach stays coordinated rather than feeling spammy.
Definitely check it out, and would love to hear what you think :)
Fuzzy AI
@ridhwikvinod Really good question. I completely agree that your reps’ accounts are worth FAR MORE than any automation tool, so safety has to come first.
Fuzzy runs residential proxies, so not a browser extension running inside your LinkedIn tab. I also love that you mentioned human-like pacing, because that’s exactly what our backend randomization is built for! It varies the timing, spacing, order, and number of daily actions so accounts don’t repeat the same predictable patterns.
We enforce built-in daily limits, which your team can lower, and we randomize those limits too.
One thing we’re SUPER proud of is that, to date, not a single user has ever been banned while using Fuzzy. We’ve put a huge amount of work into the safety systems behind the scenes.
I would never claim that any LinkedIn automation has zero risk, but we’ve built several layers of protection to reduce it.
If you’d like to book a call, I’d love to walk you through the exact safety setup for your 36-person team before you connect a single account :)
The 'only comment when there's real overlap' call is the whole ballgame, and it's harder than it sounds. Running automated engagement myself, the asymmetry that bit us: a false positive, a comment where you don't actually have standing, costs way more than a miss, because a slightly-generic reply on someone's post reads as automated and burns the exact warmth you were trying to build. How are you tuning that overlap threshold, and do users get to see or veto the borderline ones before they go out?
Fuzzy AI
@dipankar_sarkar oh yes you are 100% right and it's so damaging - especially about the asymmetry.
How we see it, is we’d rather miss a possible comment than publish one where you don’t have any real standing. The overlap isn’t based on keywords alone.
Fuzzy looks at the post/comments alongside your Memories, including your actual experience (automatically synced), viewpoints, industry expertise, company context, and campaign goal.
If there isn’t a strong enough connection to something you could genuinely add, the right action is to skip it.
And yes, within Fuzzy - we empathise! So you can review, edit, approve, or veto every comment before it goes out. Autopilot is optional.
We’re constantly improving how we identify that overlap, but I wouldn’t pretend AI gets every borderline call right, which is exactly why keeping the user in control matters so much :)
That matches where we landed, though the thing that actually caught us out was frequency rather than quality. Each individual comment passed the standing check fine, and the tell was that the same person saw us three times in one week. We ended up adding a hard one-comment-per-thread rule and a per-person cooldown on top of the relevance gate. Does Memories track how recently you last showed up in someone's feed, or is the overlap scored per post on its own?
Fuzzy AI
@dipankar_sarkar YAY, I’m so glad Fuzzy worked for you!! And this is such a good point. It's funny - seems like even a relevant comment can start feeling automated if the same person sees you too often :P
So Memories handles the relevance side: whether you actually have something to add, what your viewpoint is, and how you would say it. The overlap is assessed per post, while a separate pacing layer checks your recent interactions before anything goes out.
You can control the number of interactions, how far apart they happen, and prevent duplicate comments on the same thread. So a post can pass the relevance check and still be held or skipped because you interacted with that person too recently.
You can also approve it if you want before it goes out!
We also don’t assume that posting a comment means they definitely saw it. We track the actions we can observe and use those to keep the pacing sensible :)
Fuzzy AI
Hey everyone, I'm Bladen, CTO at Fuzzy 👋
My focus has been making all the different parts of Fuzzy work as one reliable workflow, from prospect research and message generation to campaign execution and reply handling.
One of the hardest engineering challenges has been balancing automation with user control.
We don't want Fuzzy to operate like a black box. Users should understand what the system is doing, review important actions, and decide when they want the AI to continue or when they want to step in.
If you test Fuzzy today, I'd appreciate feedback on:
Whether the review steps give you enough confidence
Whether the workflow behaves as you expect
Any bugs, slow moments, or unexpected behaviour you encounter
I'll be monitoring the launch and technical feedback throughout the day, so please don't hesitate to challenge what we've built.
Love the approach to warming up prospects naturally. How are you handling content matching/comment personalization so it stays authentic and avoids sounding AI-generated?
Fuzzy AI
@chug2k Thanks Charles. This is the bit we've spent the most time on.
Fuzzy only comments when there’s a real overlap between what someone posted and what you actually know something about. It doesn’t comment just for the sake of commenting.
For personalisation, the short answer is memory. Fuzzy keeps a running memory of each prospect, so it knows what they’ve posted before, what you’ve already said to them and what they replied. That stops it commenting like it’s meeting them for the first time every week.
It also remembers how you write, then runs each comment through a humaniser to remove the usual AI tells. Nothing posts without a review step, and you can edit or kill any comment. It still gets things wrong sometimes. When in doubt, we’d rather post nothing :)
