Really really interesting software which helps a lot to improve UX of websites I develop. Easy integration and I like that it's easy to protect the users privacy if wished.

Great tool to understand how users interact with your website!

HotJar is one of my favorite tools to track users behavior. While Analytics is great to understand how people move across your pages, Hotjar's heatmaps are revolutionary in the way they allow you to grasp what the user wanted during their session.

New pricing models splits their core features into two parts, meaning they can charge more for the same service. All features work well, but this commodification of a previously unified service is disingenuous.

We used to use it very actively, it is the industry standard. But recently we switched to Clarity because it is better for our site performance.

Intuitive, easy to navigate. By far the best tool for UX/UI and Product!

The heatmaps are just fantastic! Imagine having the ability to see your website through your users' eyes, understanding their clicks, scrolls, and movements. This is what Hotjar's heatmaps offer. It's almost like being able to read minds.

Love this launch!

Their live events on user interviews have genuinely helped me get more actionable insights. It's like buying a tool and getting a free masterclass.
