Since then, we have also had a beta round of testing with our early users. Now with the launch, we plan to show it to the world and kickstart our PMF journey :)

That's kinda of cool that Inro focuses on IG's unique culture by tapping into DM marketing - which is a big and very hard to scale with just humans. It's super personal when it comes to DMs. Very cool! Have you tried dogfooding with your own app by targeting IG influencers with DM marketing?! I'm curious how that went for you? @tonyhanded Hahaha, you should join us ;) That's exactly what we have been doing recently with creators, brands, and businesses on Instagram. We would soon become content and community-driven on Instagram with collaborations and a few ads to showcase the power of Inrō with our account! This launch would be the kickstarting of that :) As for the campaigns, yes, we have run quite a few and were able to get a lot of exciting leads that way. Like our users we are also seeing open rates around 90% and about 30% conversion rates so it makes us very confident in our product

IG is extremely sensitive to Automation. and you get benched for a long time with no access to your account if they decide your doing bot like things. How will you ensure the automations are within regulations? IG is also very vague about what these regulations are 😅

@sentry_co so a few things here. First, Inrō only captures leads who have shown some intent through interaction with your brand, so these are not random people to whom you can send unwanted messages. Next, we use official Meta APIs along with their allowed usage limits so even the automation actions are always compliant. Then, Meta regularly audits our use cases, ToS, Privacy policy, etc., so keep the approval. So, given all of this, we hope to create a safe experience. Now, as is with any other tool, people can misuse the tool - it's only as good as the user wants it to be so of course always follow the best practices :) Hope that answered it.

@ayssar I have not looked into meta-approved status. But when meta removes big startup accounts with 10$m in funding, for no reason, not even using bots or doing anything. and then makes it impossible to reinstate for over 3-4 months. It makes you think. Also In our incubator with 1k+ startups. I see a lot of IG accounts getting pulled. The perception is. Don't do anything but grow slow and organic and behave.
