Weβre thrilled to be launching another new product today (our 10th launch so far!). π
This time, however, it is a product very intimate to us. It started out as just a simple internal
canned response extension we called Tray. As a team, it has since then become an essential part of how we implement efficient customer support in our pursuit to grow our wide array of SaaS products and website plugins.
Seeing the benefits first-hand, we thought of launching it as a standalone (and much more comprehensive!) solution for knowledge management that other teams can also use.
Thus, the launch of Klutch!

This looks exciting, and I agree with @ashiqkiron that the UI is beautiful! @tomer_aharon - Are there limitations to the platform from a team size or enterprise perspective (i.e., scaling)?
@ashiqkiron@samuel_houser thanks! The only limit as for now for the Pro plan is 100GB of total storage (we can provide more, but doesn't seem like it is needed yet)

What a combo.
A big thanks from me. I've been using this in private beta and can't emphasise enough how impressed I am with what the team have built.
This can legitimately replace your task management app, your spreadsheet app, your notes app, your documents app, Workflow app and it integrates them all incredibly elegantly - on desktop AND mobile.
Massive kudos. Haven't been as excited about a product like this in literally 8+ years.

Been using the Chrome extension and it's very helpful when I reply to tons of emails. Saves me time too, instead of manually typing all responses! Highly recommended :)
@arunpariyar Thanks man π Give a try ro our canned responses feature via our extension. Once you use it, you'll never fo back to the old way of looking or info or xopy-pastinf ir from emails or other resources

I love your productivity and drive. Congrats. I've built a lot of consumer-facing products and inevitably there comes a time when the copy-pasting of customer support info gets to be a nightmare. Looking forward to giving this a try to see if it can be useful to Uphold, Airtm, Cadoo, or Slyk. Keep up the great work!
