I wanted to share my experience with Lindo.ai, which I purchased through AppSumo, to help others make an informed decision. At first, the deal seemed very promising, particularly with the features that were promised to be included in future updates. Unfortunately, those promises have not been fulfilled. Despite Lindo.ai explicitly stating that certain features would be added to our plan upon release, they have since refused to honor those commitments.
When I provided the founder with specific examples from the AppSumo page where these promises were made, I was ignored. To make matters worse, many of those promises were mysteriously deleted from the Q&A section within a few hours of our conversation.
I understand that starting and growing a business comes with challenges, but I feel Lindo.ai has not acted in good faith by making and then retracting these promises. These features were a key reason why I, and likely many others, purchased the deal, and their failure to follow through is concerning.
If you're considering using Lindo.ai, I urge you to proceed with caution.
