Our team uses Mixmax on a daily basis. It's not a hard-to-understand system, but sometimes you have to struggle with finding some of its features. The email sequencing interface sometimes has bugs, not saving your settings, which can cause some problems, so I recommend double/triple-checking your work there every time. However the pricing is fair, most key features (like bulk reporting) are only available as paying for an upgraded plan.

Really recommend mixmax. I've used other variations (like calendly) before and I enjoyed them but mixmax has all of those features available AND more.

For teams just getting started it might be a decent option. Would definitely test on a smaller scale for a while before rolling it out to teams of over 10 SDR's or AE's.

I've implemented it with every sales team I've managed, and recommend it to any founder I come across. I've been a fan since the beginning and will continue to support. Such a fantastic product!
