Used Snov.io pretty heavily for cold email campaigns and the email finder is legitimately one of the better ones out there. Domain search + LinkedIn integration combo gives you a solid starting list fast, and the email verifier actually does its job, bounce rates dropped noticeably compared to some other tools we'd tried before.

The drip campaign builder is functional but not beautiful, it gets the job done for simple sequences but anything with more than 3-4 conditions and you start wrestling with the UI a bit. Also the data freshness on some contacts is hit or miss depending on the industry, more niche verticals had a noticeably higher unverified rate.

Overall Snov.io punches above its price point for early-stage sales teams doing outbound. It's not going to replace a dedicated Outreach or Apollo setup at scale, but for the cost and the workflow it covers, it's a genuinely competitive option if you're budget-conscious and need something that works out of the box.

What needs improvement

The campaign analytics need a real upgrade. Right now you get open and click rates but the attribution is shallow, there's no easy way to tie a sequence back to pipeline created or deals won without manually stitching it together in a spreadsheet. A CRM integration that pushes sequence outcomes directly into deal stages (not just contact updates) would make Snov.io significantly stickier for teams that use it as a full outbound stack.

Snovio is a great product, all the features except the Lead Finder tool works very well. The Customer support is just incredible, they are always around for immediate support. Danielle from snovio helped me with all my queries and helped fix my campaigns in a matter of minutes. No learning curve required when you have such great support! Keep it up team!

Sempre muito prestativos, desde a implantação até o suporte diário via chat, o que facilita muito nosso dia a dia. O profissional de suporte Fernando sempre muito atencioso ao explicar. Empresa nota mil, único problema é que o custo é em dólar o que acaba saindo um pouco caro quando convertemos para o pagamento na moeda local. mas recomendo.

Muito fácil de usar. Os e-mails são bastante precisos e com uma grande quantidade de créditos. Uma sugestão: Talvez a prospecção possa ser mais rápida e eficaz habilitando o funcionamento da extensão no Linkedin. ;)
