the Muse is comfortable to wear and I love watching how I'm learning to control and alter my bodily states to truly achieve mindfulness
So far I have really enjoyed using Muse and see how easily it can fit into my daily routine to help achieve a relaxed state of mind.
I thought Muse was great already and now they have made it better with providing reporting on heart rate, breathing and body movement as well.
I love the way it taught me to meditate as a beginner and I love that I can track my improvement

After only a short period of use, Muse has helped me become more aware of how to control my thoughts to help me clock out.
