Not only am I having major issues with connectivity on all of our backpacks but when I tried to speak to someone for help (Serge) he treated me as though I was inconveniencing him. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service and lack of accountability for such and over priced backpack that no longer serves the purpose purchased for. A mere 3 months ago. AVOID THIS PRODUCT unless money is no object nor do you need something reliable.
