Refty

I used it in my 2 last recruitments. We actually changed our decision on a candidate based on the feedbacks we collected through Refty. I didn't expect this tool to be so simple and efficient when HR related forms are usually so boring and complicated to complete.

I had the opportunity to test Refty to automate and systematize the reference taking for several hires at Elevo. I was able to both save a lot of time and get insightful info on candidates. Definitely a must-have
