While once the product is connected, it does a decent job but the process to connect (or reconnect is tedious). Honestly, it would be better if one could "refresh" on demand for a more immediate reading, but that doesn't work (at least) on our device. Also, we go to more remote areas and while the device is supposed to work on cellular networks, I often have no reading available.
I am now on my third monitor. Number two was purchased in 2023 and was already deemed not working so it was frustrating. However, customer service fixed me up with a replacement and while it also took awhile to connect to my subscription, it did eventually work and I am appreciative of that.
