On pre-launch you can do the following: 1. Share your product-making process on social media channels (Twitter, Facebook,..) 2. Actively interact and share about your products in communities (PH, Slack, Reddit,..) 3. Make sure that the product is not defective. 4. Prepare to answer all questions from users. 5. Get a good night's sleep before the launch day.

I think the most important thing about multitasking is to be really focused when working and set a specific goal for it. However, multitask is really hard to do.

My team often uses Jira to keep track of tasks. Jira is an easy-to-use tool with a user-friendly interface.

I really love Friday night because I've finished my work for the week and have free time to relax. Tonight I'll go shopping with my family and have dinner together. Then I spend 2 hours studying German with my study group at the coffee. Finally, after I get home, I choose a favorite movie and watch it until I go to bed.

I'm often stressed because of work pressure. So I try to calm down for 30 minutes. Then I start thinking about the things that were causing me stress (not running away). And the best way I manage stress is to get rid of those unfinished business. After handling all those tasks, I spend time relaxing, watching movies and sleeping all day.

I think you can upvote, comment on other products, reach out to people outside your network and engage them into your discussions, follow other owners on social media channels to get attention from them. Building a network is very important when you prepare to launch a new product and need to be upvoted.

When BFCM is coming, merchants will be very busy with many jobs so they won't have time to take care of their customers. Merchants will need an audience management tool to help them manage customers, understand customers' behaviors. And then they will have a way to interact and motivate the right audience to buy on BFCM.

I think the biggest difficulty is finding a way to put ideas into action. Besides that I must understand my customers and figure out how I can keep them more engaged for longer.
