Having managed many landing pages in my career this sounds like an exciting new space. Split Testing features/integrations would be key.

I'd say, explaining the value of Klu without seeming spammy would need to include relating to how Klu can help with specific relevant examples. It's more time intensive that way, but making it personal is exactly what makes it not seem spammy.
👋 What steps are you taking to ensure that your outreach efforts don't appear spammy?

I'd say low price point front-end sale followed by a selection of higher price back-end products.

Rather than comparing features, or even brands or marketing, the essence of competitive analysis is to know and love their business strategy.

Think of MVP as minimum viable prototype. Where viable means either users want to keep using it long-term, or there is a validated willing to pay for the product short-term.
No company ever launches an MVP (as in minimum viable product). MVP's are created post-launch by feedback, optimization and confirmation of traction.
What are the essential steps that a SaaS business should take before releasing an MVP?

Depends on Budget.
If 0 budget, don't launch a product without first running an extensive customer development program to validate the prototype. That group then becomes your social marketing launch pad.
With $$$ budget, start with 'test marketing' which means a small daily ad spend on a few key platforms to focus on targeting the right audience which converts profitably, before scaling.
What are some effective ways to generate buzz and excitement around a product launch?

Very broad question, but look at affiliate networks such as Impact Radius and find a couple of networks that suit your product area to partner with. Create affiliate materials (ads, banners, email copy, etc). Offer good commission. Keep in touch with top performing affiliates and offer to create bespoke campaign content for them, or ask them how you could help make their sales job easier.
Where do you start when you want to run an affiliate program for your product?

Right now I'm implementing quality backlog refinement with the product team. Nothing beats alignment more than having the same transparent plan. I believe the backlog clarity is the essence of all else we do for management.
What 'rituals' have you implemented with your team recently that help with alignment & momentum?

Depends on the revenue goal and LTV. If you can reliably earn more revenue charging for an upfront lifetime deal than the retention revenue on a subscription plan, then lifetime deal wins.
Which way of charging do you think is better for a SaaS product?
